Cancellation Policy
Until 31 January 2026:
- If a guest cancels a room during this period, the guest will receive a full refund.
- The group can cancel the entire booking free of charge.
Between 1 February 2026 and 28 February 2026:
- If a guest cancels a room during this period, the guest will receive a 70% refund of the room price.
- The group can cancel up to 50% of the total booked rooms.
Between 1 March 2026 and 10 April 2026:
- If a guest cancels a room during this period, the guest will receive a 40% refund of the room price.
- The group can cancel up to 25% of the total booked rooms.
After 10 April 2026:
- If a guest cancels a room during this period, the guest will not receive a refund.
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, a fee of €25 will be applied to cover administrative costs. We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy carefully to avoid any inconvenience. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact us.

Frederikshavn is easily accessible
by all means of transport
Aalborg Airport, just 45 minutes from Frederikshavn, serves as a hub for many European routes.
An alternative to air travel is the maritime connections that cross the Skagerrak and Kattegat, allowing for a combination of car and ship transport.
Frederikshavn is also connected to the rest of Europe via the E45/A7 motorway, which extends from Frederikshavn in the north to the Danish-German border in the south, continuing onwards throughout much of Europe. Therefore, if one prefers traveling by bus or personal car, it’s quite feasible.
Of course, Frederikshavn can also be reached by train.
