Airport transfer

Participants arriving via Aalborg Airport will be offered a shuttle service to Frederikshavn, ensuring easy and direct access to the event location.

After the registration deadline, we will send out a request for everyone’s flight details. Based on the information we receive, we will organize airport shuttles that match the different arrival and departure times (only on the 10th and 13th/14th).
This service is included in the participation fee and comes at no extra cost.

If your group prefers to book a private shuttle instead, that is also possible.
The price for a private transfer from Aalborg to/from Frederikshavn is 2,245 DKK + VAT per transfer for up to 18 people.

The price for a private transfer from Aalborg to/from Skagen is 3.550 DKK + VAT per transfer for up to 18 people.

Shuttle Service During the Event

A shuttle bus service will run daily from June 10–14, helping participants move between key venues and accommodations in the city.

Public Transport in North Jutland

During June 10–14, you’ll have free access to the regional transport network in all of North Jutland (including NT buses and NJ trains) by using Goodiepack.

Train to Frederikshavn

Frederikshavn train station is located close to the city centre. Trains run regularly to Skagen via “Skagensbanen”, where some sports competitions will take place and several hotels are located.
