When will the detailed schedule for each sport be available?

The sports group and the clubs will work on the detailed schedules for each sport after the final registration deadline. This will take some time, but you will receive the schedules well in advance of the event.

General – Age groups.

Your year of birth determines which age group you must/can participate in. Example: If you were born in October 2000, your age for WCSG26 purposes is 26.

Teams – Age requirements.

If your team competes in the 40+ category, all players must be born in 1986 or earlier. This rule applies across all team disciplines.

Teams – Company affiliation.

All participants on a team must come from the same company. This applies to all disciplines with team competitions.

Can I participate in more than one sport?

No, it is not possible. Organisationally, we cannot support participation in multiple sports. However, within certain sports such as Swimming or Track & Field, you may participate in multiple events within the same sport.

Can I participate in more than one Team?

No, it is not possible to participate on more than one Team. It is allowed to have more Teams from one company – but the Teams cannot share players.

SUP – Should we bring our own boards and paddles?

There will be standardized SUP boards and paddles available for all participants. Everyone must use the same equipment, so you should not bring or use your own board.

Golf – Is there a limit to the number of golf participants?

No, we have space for many golf players. Just join us!

Tennis – Is tennis only for doubles?

Yes, the tennis tournament is exclusively for doubles. There will be no singles competition.

Tennis – Can we see where our doubles matches will be played?

No, not before we know the total number of participants. Once we have the final list, we will decide the court locations. The goal is for all women to play at the same venue, all men at the same venue, and the same for mixed doubles.

Tennis / Padel – Is a mixed doubles team allowed to have 4 players (2 men and 2 women)?

Yes, mixed doubles teams may have up to 4 players. Men’s or women’s doubles teams may have a maximum of 3 players.
